We endeavor to dispatch all orders, Monday-Friday within 12 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, goods will be dispatched the same day as the order is received (if before 2.00pm). Occasionally due to stock outages or circumstances beyond our control, we may take longer to dispatch goods. If this occurs, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Deliveries to local and most North Island towns allow 1-2 days. For South Island deliveries allow 2-4 days. For Rural Deliveries, allow an extra 1-2 days.
Our Free Freight NZ Wide Policy is Based on Non Rural Delivery
Any delivery times specified by No Cams Performance & Tyre Centre are in good faith, however on occasions delivery is extended due to circumstances beyond our control. If this event occurs, we will endeavor to assist with tracking details to ensure delivery within a reasonable time. The customer may specify delivery instructions for an order.
No Cams Performance & Tyre Centre will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with the customers instructions or for failure to deliver on time when delivery has been attempted.
No Cams Performance & Tyre Centre will not be liable for any expense, loss or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

We will accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase.
· If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us directly and we can discuss options for return or warranty claim should your product be faulty.
· Please note that changing your mind is not a valid reason for return or cancellation of order.
· All returns for credit should be made within 30 days & be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
· All Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
· Freight cost to return goods to our head office based in Auckland are the responsibility of the buyer.
